These times have given us pause to slow down and observe from a new perspective. It isn't necessarily something we asked for, but rather were presented with. I'm reminded of the quote, "Life isn't about what happens to you. It's about how you chose to respond." I believe our job in trying times, is to be aware, show up for ourselves first and in turn allow our energy to be part of the solution which ripples out and shifts those around us. This is our chance to make choices. This is our chance to look down the uncomfortable corridors of humankind and decide how we're going to respond. One of my all-time honors in this life is to stand by and support individuals as they grapple with their own human growth.
I combine my social work, counseling and Equine Gestalt process with our beautiful horses to create an environment where you can move deeper into a place of seeing who you really are.
The rewards of this work are breathtaking.
