Cape D Sprint Triathlon
Get a jump on summer competitions with the Cape D Sprint Triathlon on May 20. The race starts at Black Lake in Ilwaco, wends through Cape Disappointment State Park and includes a bike ride along Highway 101. And don't stop there -- the Beach to Chowder 5/10k in Long Beach is June 17 and the Firecracker 5k in Ilwaco is July 1.
