For all of its challenges, 2021 has seen the South Bank family grow as people choose to call our relaxed and soulful marina community home.
As South Bank comes to life with over 50 sales and reservations, we have elected to take the time to focus on construction, ensuring the highest level of service and quality for our owners.
To achieve this, we will be pausing sales until the upcoming winter season.
The Launch
Marine excavation underway
The Launch peninsula has completed the first phase of groundwork. The next phase of marine excavation works is commencing in preparation for vertical construction of the 38 Boathouses and their private docks.
The neighborhood completes with its central hub of landscaped gardens, lounging cabanas and pool.
The Ocean Estate
The iconic infinity pools take their place on the Iron Shore
The stunning infinity pools that make the Ocean Estate a truly iconic neighborhood have seen the first clear end panels installed. Shoal 8 and Banks 16 are continuing to move towards completion, Shoal 11,12, 15 and Reef 17 have been cleared ready for construction, with Dune 3 and Shoal 4 moving toward floor slab.
The Lagoon
13 Villas now under construction
Our Lagoon neighborhood continues at pace with the completion of the lagoon excavation and 13 Villas now under construction. Three more Villas will be starting this month, with the remaining two Villas starting to take shape early next month, at which point all Lagoon Villas will be underway.
We are pleased to announce the arrival of the first of our Arclinea designed kitchens and vanities as well as B&B Italia design closets. We can't wait to open the boxes and install these into Ocean Estate Shoal Villa 8 and Lagoon Villa 12, creating the beating heart of these fabulous new homes.
