The West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin) is committed to helping the business community use water efficiently during this drought, saving money in the process.
The Cash for Kitchens Program offers major appliance rebates worth thousands of dollars, free water efficiency devices and educational materials to allow commercial kitchens to save big. Qualifying kitchens may be eligible for rebates on commercial devices such as:
  • Energy Star Commercial Dishwashers (valued up to $6,000)
  • Air-Cooled Ice Machines (valued up to $3,000)
  • Connectionless Steamers (valued up to $6,000)
Learn About Business Equipment Rebates Available from SoCalGas
Whether you’re a small business or a large industrial customer, SoCalGas has rebates and incentives for you. SoCalGas offers a variety of energy efficiency rebates designed to help your business save money and energy when planning to purchase qualifying equipment.

Businesses are encouraged to participate and convert their existing lawn to a drought-resilient garden.

West Basin offers a rebate of $3 per square foot of grass removed, up to 50,000 square feet for commercial grass replacement projects.
