26 pts - 10 pts

Congratulations to Georgia's Team

The first day Georgia lead was too much for the Team SC to overcome as Georgia claimed their first win in four years at the GA/SC Junior Girls Challenge Matches.  This years event was hosted at the exquisite Ford Field and River Club in Richmond Hill, GA.  The Georgia Team never looked back on day two and walked away with 26-10 the victory.

Madison Messimer lead our tourney scoring for Team SC as she tallied 4.5pts, Caroline Hawkins had a strong second day back nine to earn a total of 2.5 points points.  Mia Gray scratched out 2 points and Olivia Pellerin contributed 1 point.  Congrats to "the peaches."

Both rounds were exciting with matches going back and forth with moments of brilliance and excitement. The teams fought hard til the end and played with class while Georgia won in record fashion. Special thank you to all the members at The Ford, the staff at the Club. Together you have created memories that will last a lifetime for these players and we can't thank you enough.

Next years match will be hosted by South Carolina. Hope to see you there!
