SCRA Member Companies Among StartupGVL Winners

The second annual #StartupGVL Launchpad event took place last week and was an incredible celebration of early-stage innovation and entrepreneurship. With over 50 applicants for prizes in 7 categories, 7 winners were selected to receive prize packages that, in total, represent more than $95k. Unleash the Bots: Tech Demo Day

SCRA and ASTM International hosted Unleash the Bots in April of 2023 where over 90 industry experts benchmarked technology solutions. Attendees participated in an industry roundtable where they shared common challenges and solutions within the manufacturing industry.

Participants also heard TECH talks and demoed technology solutions from over 10 autonomous mobile robots, collaborative robots (mobile manipulators), and exoskeleton vendors throughout the day. Other manufacturing industry speakers included AFL, Amazon, Clemson University, JTEKT, and ZF Transmissions. Read more.
