Citibot's New Multilingual Chatbot Expands Access to City Services

Citibot, an SC Launch Inc. Portfolio Company, has debuted a translation tool that residents can access via mobile or web channels, allowing them to communicate with local governments in 71 languages using Amazon Translate. Two cities in California have gone live with the feature within the last three weeks. Read more.
