Interim SCRA president and CEO named 50 Most Influential People

SCRA's Interim President and CEO, Bill Kirkland, has been named one of South Carolina's 50 Most Influential People by Greenville Business Magazine. The 50 indivudasl were chosen through extensive staff research as well as community nominations. Many of the awardees work in state government, but this list also includes people in the energy, finance, nonprofit, aeronautics, and retail arenas. Read more.

SCRA announces new grant funding and member companies

Lucie Medical, Saluda Manufacturing, Topline, CADmore Metal, FeatherPMS, Sharpen, and Thrive Data, received new grant funding from the South Carolina Research Authority. Atapic and Stabile Industries were accepted as SCRA member companies.

All SCRA member companies receive coaching and access to SCRA’s member benefits and startup resources, can apply for grant funding, and have the potential to be considered for investment from SCRA’s investment affiliate, SC Launch Inc. Read more.
