Bedlam Brewery bring back their SMaSH 4.4% cask special!

By popular demand, Sussex-based Bedlam Brewery are bringing back their SMaSH 4.4 % cask special.

"Under pressure from consumers and customers alike we're bringing this single malt, single hop back for a limited period only to savour the great taste for the second year running." Says Bedlam's CEO, Bob Emms.

The hero Malt in this brew is Golden Promise, arguably the best pale ale malt in the world, full of honey smoothness and the perfect platform to show off the Mosaic Hop.   The Mosaic hop is used to bitter,  to late-hop and dry-hop the beer and this powerful, complex hop crams the taste and aroma with tropical fruit, citrus, peaches and apricot.
