Invitation to a Day of Fasting and Prayer
Friday, March 27 th  or Saturday, March 28 th
"So we fasted and petitioned our God about this, and he answered our prayer."  Ezra 8:23
Will you commit to fast and pray on Friday or Saturday? If so, consider letting the following scriptures guide your thoughts and prayers. Pastor Hosea would encourage us to “Read Slowly, Think Deeply, Pray Fervently, and Obey Faithfully."
"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."  2 Chronicles 7:14
"I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." Psalm 18:1-2
" Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.   And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
"Let them know that it is your hand, that you, LORD, have done it."  Psalm 109:27
"That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."  Philippians 2:10 - 11
