Learn to cook traditional South Indian recipes in an intimate kitchen setting. After the demonstration, participants will share a meal of the prepared foods.


April recipes: plain idlis (gluten-free steamed rice cakes), steamed masala idli stir fry with vegetables, sambhar (lentil curry with shallots, spices, and tamarind), and green coconut chutney.


May recipes: kerala chicken roast (organic chicken thighs roasted with onions, tomatoes, spices, and fresh curry leaves), parippu curry (lentils with coconut curry topped with roasted shallots, mustard seeds, and spices), and basmati rice.
