On December 2, 2024, City Council approved the South Logan Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Comprehensive Plan Amendment, making reality the Preferred Alternative identified in the South Logan TOD Plan. In case you missed it, you can watch a recording of the legislative session. 


This action follows the adoption of area-specific and citywide Development Code amendments adopted this summer.

The South Logan TOD Project team wants to thank everyone who participated in the South Logan TOD Project. Kicking off in 2022, your feedback helped inform this two-year planning effort that has resulted in real change to the South Logan Subarea and beyond.
