Hello Riverview Friends and Neighbours!

Happy New Year! We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and is ready to start 2016 with a bang!

The Bugle will be sent biweekly on Tuesdays at 12PM. The deadline for materials to be included in them will be the preceding  Sunday.
Sports and Program Highlights!
JackRabbits Hockey
There is still time to register for JackRabbits Hockey!. Enroll in this fun learn-to-skate program for children ages 3 and up at the RVCC!

Softball Winter Pitching and Catching Clinic hosted by Winnipeg South West Youth Softball Association

South Osborne Syrian Refugee Initiative Fundraising Event

The South Osborne Syrian Refuge Initiative will be hosting a benefit concert at the Park Theatre and Lounge: 7 p.m., Tuesday, January 19th 

Tickets are now available for $20 or $15 for students and low income.

Well-known Winnipeg artists are contributing their talent for the evening including:
· The Bonaduces
· Sweet Alibi
· DJ Co-op

The event includes a silent auction featuring items provided by local businesses and our generous supporters. Make sure to have cash on hand to participate!

Riverview Winter Classic Returns!

The Winter Classic will be returning in 2016 with the following events:

January 19-24 - Youth Hockey tournament for divisions 5/6, 7/8 and 10A2 boys.
January 24 - Frostbite River Run
February 5-6 - Annual Adult 4x4 Hockey Tournament

Registration is now open for the Frostbite River Run and the 4x4 Hockey Tournament! Click HERE for more details.
Volunteer & Job Opportunities
Rink Maintenance

In preparation for the upcoming hockey tournaments, the RVCC will be painting the lines and doing some rink maintenance Saturday January 9th starting at 8PM. If interested in helping out, please email [email protected] for more info.
