Hello Riverview Friends and Neighbours!

The rain is here and the snow is melting. That can only mean one thing. Spring sports are just around the corner! See below for registration info and see what else is going on in the 'hood.

As always, please keep sending us your announcements at [email protected] and we will continue to trumpet them to the community!

The Bugle will be sent biweekly on Tuesdays at 12PM. The deadline for materials to be included in them will be the preceding  Sunday.
Spring Sports Registrations
Spring registration season is now open! Riverview will be hosting registration for the following sports this year:
  • Mini Soccer
    • Registration deadline is Friday March 18.
  • Youth Outdoor Soccer
    • Registration deadline is TODAY!
  • Youth Spring Basketball
    • Registration deadline is Friday March 18.
  • Youth Softball
    • Registration deadline is Friday March 18.
  • New! Youth Baseball
    • Registration deadline is April 1.
  • All Ages Tennis
    • Registration is open now until May 20.
To register or get more information on each sport, please visit riverviewcc.ca. 
In person registration is accepted, though online registration is preferred.

SSOCC AGM

All are welcome. Come out and hear about the new initiatives that are underway. Talk to your neighbours about what SSOCC can do to make our community even stronger and friendlier. Participate in the election of our Board Members. Building a Commons Course

Are you interested in permaculture, community organizing or food sovereignty? Want to and learn to make promotional films and urban agriculture designs or learn how to get funding for community projects? Sustainable South Osborne and the University of Manitoba are once again offering the highly successful Building a Commons course, and you could be one of 3 recipients of a $500 scholarship, courtesy of the Cooperative Promotion Board of Manitoba.
