10th Anniversary of Emanuel Nine | | In observance of the 10th anniversary of the tragic shooting of nine martyrs at Mother Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Bishop Eaton calls on us to “lament the wounds of the sin of racism that sow seeds of fear, division, and hatred. Remembering the nine murders in Charleston is a commitment that our church must never forget. As the ELCA, our story is forever bound to the story, people, and community of Mother Emanuel AME. They are us, and we are them.” Find more resources here. | | |

Join Us in Prayer for Camp Chrysalis' 75th Anniversary
Camp Chrysalis was dedicated on June 18, 1950. We are inviting congregations to honor the 75th Anniversary of Camp Chrysalis in worship this month.
In the last 75 years it has grown from a little over 40 acres to just under 100 acres. Buildings and play equipment have been added and removed, but the core of Camp Chrysalis has remained. Generations of youth, adults and families have had the opportunity to step away from their day to day, come to this beautiful, holy ground and grow with Christ.
Since the anniversary is on a Wednesday. We are encouraging congregations to offer 75 seconds of silent prayer on June 15 or June 22 and then close with a prayer of thanksgiving. Click here for a litany and prayer of dedication that echoes those shared in the service 75 years ago. Thanks be to God!

Stewardship Webinar
From Scarcity to Abundance
August 14
6-7 PM
In times when we are feeling that there is not enough, how do we find resources beyond the limits of what our church members and buildings can give? Most churches have currencies they don’t know they have, especially currencies of relationship and truth, that they can develop outside the boundaries of their church location and membership. During this time we will learn how to truly take stock of the gifts we have and discover an abundance of gifts beyond the usual suspects. There’s no need to register, just join the webinar here!
