God chose the simple things to confound the wise

Simples Community Church, São Paulo Brazil

6 salvations

What a POWERFUL church service! The pastor asked us to come minister for their 5 year church anniversary service. It was our first time there and we just absolutely fell in love with the genuineness of the pastors and congregation. They are in the middle of a remodel and the sanctuary is in a temporary section on the property.

I love the church's name, "Simples" which translates "Simple." It's just like the Gospel that is most powerful when it's presented in the simplest way (1 Cor. 1;27)

This was a time of the Glory of the Lord manifesting and touching all present. One women described an open vision and what she saw when the Lord opened her eyes in the spirit. She saw angels ministering to every person as prayer went forth. She described an angel that would take something out of a pouch that was on his hip and give something to each person as they were being prayed for. Later she asked me "what was the angel taking out of the pouch and giving to the people as you laid hands on them? Because as you prayed for each one, you would in motion take something out of a pouch on your side and then lay hands on the people." "I don't know" I responded. I didn't realize that was taking place. How amazing it is that there is divine activity in the spiritual realm over our lives. Powerful!! The above pic is of the entire pastor's family. At the end of the service, we asked for the pastor and his family of come up and for the church to pray over them. In that moment, the Kabod Glory of the LORD came and the entire family was hit with the glory! There was an atmosphere during the service that can be described as serene, awe-filled and a heavenly presence that permeated the earthly physical realm.

From the church's Instagram Page here are a few comments (translated) about the service...

What kind of service was this, it leaves me shocked and questioning, I'm confronted, it turned a key, I won't be the same.

When the young children are weeping throughout the room in the presence of the Lord it's evident that there is something happening outside of an ordinary Sunday service. Children are very spiritually sensitive. When gauging the spiritual environment in a service, I like to look to see how the Holy spirit is moving with children. There was such glory, such presence and such a tangible awarenesses of God by those present. this was the realm in which we lived on this Sunday evening.

There was a Brazilian missionary back from Africa that Débora prayed for. She said God renewed her heart in this meeting. She came back to Brazil feeling defeated, having a sense of failure and feeling disqualified. Débora prayed over her without knowing who she was or her circumstances, that the Lord would "light the flame" again in her. And there it happened, a powerful touch from the Holy Spirit came on her! Glory to God!

The pastor commented to us that when we were preaching he saw fire coming our of our mouths. And during the altar call for salvation the annoinitng was so powerful, he leaned over to his wife and told her he wanted to get saved all over again. It was the presence of the Holy Spirit drawing people to Christ. He later told us that the evangelistic anointing was evident in our ministry. Hallelujah! This is why we came to Brazil, to win souls for the Kingdom of God. Why?, because eternity is forever. THANK YOU to our financial partners who make it possible for this to happen.

A farmer would only put his seed in good soil. Soil that would produce a good harvest. The ministry of All Nations is fruitful soil as we are seeing many souls being saved and the testimony of signs, wonders and miracles confirming the Word. I believe there will be lines of people in heaven waiting to personally greet you with a big THANK YOU for your participation in missions and helping to bring the Word of God to them. The Bible says that the sower and the harvester share equally in the eternal reward (John 4:36). AMEN!

Brazilian Father's Day

Comunidade Vinhedo, Brazil

August 13th, 2023

20 Salvations

It was an honor to minister and fill in for the pastors (who were in Canada) at both the Sunday morning and evening services on Father's Day. Father's day in Brazil is not the same day as in the United States.

Combined in both services 20 people came to Christ. Praise the Lord!!!

TESTIMONY: One woman came for prayer and stood in place of her cousin who was in a coma. They said she had a rare kidney disease and she was one of only two people in Brazil diagnosed with it. Just a few days before they told the family to come say their good byes.

The next day we received this message...

"A miracle happened. She came out of the coma at the same time as prayer happened at church and they took her off the medicines. She's not 100%, but a significant miracle has happened."

Praise God, We continue to believe the Lord will bring a full restorative healing to this woman.

Desperte Church

São Paulo , Brazil

The pastor and his wife were in a service we preached at in another church in São Paulo and the Lord ministered to them powerfully. They asked us if we would come preach at their church.

What a blessing it was! During worship I was in tears, remembering the beginnings of All Nations. How hard it was as a small congregation, the challenges we faced as well as, the joys we had. I saw this couple at the stage we were in so many many years ago. Nowdays, many preachers don't come to small churches with just a few people. Oh how privileged and honored we felt to be present and serve

on our 29th wedding anniversary! Photo is with the pastors.

There was one young couple off to the side...

We asked them if they wanted a baby? They said yes but were unable to conceive because the wife had a tumor. The power of God touched them mightily during prayer. Afterwards, they told us that some time ago someone prophesied over them and said the Lord would send an American missionary to pray for them to conceive. Amen and Praise God!

Four Square Church

Limeria, Brazil

7 Salvations

The church invited us for a "Gratitude" Service for their first Sunday service in their new space. The space previously was a small mechanic shop. They worked so tirelessly to get it ready for this night. It was a glorious time in the house of the LORD. The owners of the building who rented the space to the church were at the service. They were not Christians and were very reluctant to rent it to this small church group. Well guess what? The husband and wife both came forward and gave their lives to JESUS! Halleluiah!!!!! 7 people in all, came forward in response to the altar call for salvation. Glory to God!

Why is this important? Because eternity is forever...

I remember the day I gave my life to Christ at Overland Park 1st Assembly, at 24 yrs of age. When I went to the front in response to the altar call, I knelt down and prayed. The man who knelt down with me to lead me in prayer was John Whitehead. This year he went home to his eternal reward. I'm eternally grateful to this man of God. I've never known such a humble man in all my life. After praying he said to me, "Mike, we have been praying for you for 3 years." I replied, "You don't even know me, I've never been to this church before. He said, "your name is on our prayer list and we have prayed for you every week." Can you imagine? Out of desperation I randomly wandered into this church that morning. Wow, only God could have arranged that! At the altar, something supernatural happened to me. I was immediately changed and I've never been the same since. My family tree changed at that moment and I was born again into the Kingdom of God. Today, I have three daughters serving the Lord alongside their incredible husbands who love and live for the LORD. We have 5 amazing grandchildren who are being raised in godly homes. It all began at an altar with a prayer and a decision to give my life to Christ at 24 years old, from one who was eternally lost and living a train wreck of a life. So when we see people coming to CHRIST, responding to an altar call to make a decision to give their lives to Jesus to be saved, I have this reference point in my life and know the meaning of this GLORIOUS moment of salvation and the power of the cross that brings both eternal salvation and supernatural hope for our lives. .

Praying for Healing...

There were four women that could not have children for various reasons in the meeting. This is a high percentage of barrenness considering the size of the group. The power of God touched them ALL powerfully. We have seen many miracles and opening of wombs for women to conceive. In the Bible Hannah's womb was closed and she went to the house of the Lord to pray for God to open her womb. A year later she gave birth to Samuel.

HEALINGS: In the meeting a woman with a bad knee was healed. She was not able to walk on it or bend it. After prayer, she was able to walk on it and bend her knee. As well, this women in the white hooded coat had upper spinal and neck issues. Watch her reaction when she realizes the LORD just healed her. (click on the video)

Healing

TESTIMONY: The pastor told us that 7 years ago at a service in another town where we were ministering, the girl in the pink (far left in pic) was just a toddler and had a growth on her knee. The pastor said we prayed for her and God healed her at that service and the tumor disappeared. I just love to come across these testimonies years down the road.

On a side note you may notice the people in winter coats. There was a cold front in this area of Brazil and let me say, it was very cold in the church. The pastor was very surprised that no one left.

Ministry happens at the table...

The most meaningful ministry happens at the table. Ministry is relational and we love to spend time together with people, friends and pastors. It is culturally meaningful here in Brazil to spend time together in friendship and transparency, sharing, encouraging, praying for one another, crying together and laughing together around the table.

Blessed friends and Pastors Igor and Camila and their mom.

Blessed friends and our ministry lawyers for Sozo, Dr. Djair and Néia.

Blessed friends and Pastors Christian, Selma and children.

SOZO MOUNTAIN

Particiapate and Believe with Us...

Campos do Jordão

It has happened, after a few years of bureaucracy we have the bank account for Sozo Mountain. This has been a challenge and a work of patience to say the least. The picture of us (above) with the documents is outside the cartório (government document office) with the final permission and documents to open a bank account for Sozo here in Brazil. God is in full control and this is a season of fulfillment as we walk in this journey. We immediately took the documents over to the bank to begin the review process for us to open the account. God is so good, our friend in Campos Joaquina (former city council woman) has a sister that recently moved back to Campos do Jordão to be the general bank manager of Santander. She gave us her personal cell phone number and has taken a personal interest in helping us.

The property God spoke to us about (above picture) still sits empty. In Jesus name, the funds will come and it can be bought! Today, we have roughly 50K+ in the States that has been given and pledged for this project. We believe heavens resources to purchase this property ($1.2 million) are in the hands of God's people and the provision for this will be released. In this season we see so much spiritual activity happening around us here in Brazil in relation to Sozo Mountain. I believe that we are in the NOW time and expect a tremendous breakthrough for this to come to fruition. As God moves on your heart, stand with us and participate in this project. We believe it will have an impact on the whole country of Brazil in a very profound way.
