ARRIVAL

Fly into Heraklion International Airport (HER) and we will pick you up at 4pm. Your rooms will be ready when we get back and you'll will have time to rest or explore before an amazing dinner to start off your vacation!

DEPARTURE

July 11, 2026

We will take groups to the airport leaving the hotel at 10am and 12pm(40 mins to airport).

PREPARING FOR YOUR TRIP

• Most major European and US airlines connect through Athens or direct seasonal flights from major hubs.
• Please try to make your flight within the windows of pick up and drop off, but if you cannot we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Once you have your trip booked please email your flight itinerary and passport pictures to britney@racquetwar.com.
