MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF ADVANCEMENT OFFICER
Caroline Heine
|
Dear Spalding Alums,
During this holiday season I find myself keenly aware of what a special place Spalding University is. I am struck by the history of Spalding, its deep roots in our community, and the particular role Spalding has played over two centuries in providing educational opportunities first for young women and over the years to an increasingly diverse community of learners-in fact, much more diverse than most other independent universities in our region. As alums, you are the representation of Spalding and its history, and we are grateful for the many contributions you make to the Louisville community as well as the communities where you live and work outside of Louisville.
While we have not been able to see each other in person much over the past couple of years, we look forward to 2022 and the opportunity to be together again. Be on the lookout for announcements about events like Bracketology (March 14, 2022), Day at the Downs (Fall 2022), and the second annual EagleFest (date TBD), among others.
Until then we wish you the very best holiday season. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if we here in the advancement and alumni relations office can be of any service to you.
My best,
Caroline
