This month, we had the privilege of reaching over 700 middle school students in multiple assemblies, with our presentation, Healthy Eating for a Greener World! 

During the Q&A, students asked thoughtful questions, like...How is it legal for companies to treat animals the way they do, knowing it harms the environment and human health? Moments like these remind us why this work matters: Education sparks empathy, curiosity, and action. It is the key to social change.

When young people are given honest information and encouragement, they want to be part of a healthier, more just future. This particular school district is very unique, in that it serves plant-based school lunch options everyday —so it was a very special opportunity to promote them, with customized food photos and statistics to help the students understand their impact!
