With the blessing of Fr. Evan Evangelidis, Fr. Harry Pappas, Fr. Nicholas Dassouras and we are thrilled to announce the opening of Sparrow's Oak Day Camp registration. We are so blessed to have their oversight and guidance alongside our programming. We will continue to offer activities that include church exploration, chanting, bible study, kids kitchen, kids cafe, sports & games, arts & crafts and music & dance. These programs and our special events within camp were a huge success. We will be finalizing our calendars once registration closes. We appreciate and recognize the increase in emails and phone calls from new families interested in registering for Summer 2025. In efforts to accommodate more campers we have added a third location and will be offering an additional two weeks of summer camp. Sparrow's Oak is a non-profit organization and we run camp again as a parish partnership. We know that we do contribute 20% of each registration to our hosting parish. As a non-profit we rely on registration this far out in advance to pay for insurance, licensing, certifications and other program supplies that need to be ordered. We also need to be prepared to bring on a larger team. We will likely be adding a third or fourth group of children to rotate throughout daily activities. Due to limitations on indoor space, we will be caping our program and closing registration November 1, 2024. Extended day programming before and after camp will be available again this summer. You can register for the early morning program or extended day in April. All camp information can be found on our registration platform.
