I hope you have had a restful summer and have managed to stay cool during this heatwave. With the 22-23 school year beginning in less than three weeks, I would like to pass along some important information and upcoming dates.

We will be utilizing a new registration system for our athletics department called Big Teams. This is a district-wide change, and I am very excited as it will help streamline our registration and scheduling processes. Please make sure you thoroughly read the following:

2. Big Teams Communication
3. Big Teams Parent Student Getting Started

Most important, please read and complete the Physical Form (linked here) before August 15th.

*The Physcal Form must be signed by a medical professional and uploaded to Student Central when registering for sports. 

You may begin making your account AND your student’s account via Big Teams (link below).

*Both the parent and student must have separate accounts in order to register for sports) immediately.

Please see the following dates for the fall sports:

August 1^st – Cross Country Open Practices Begin (please email Coach Chisholm for a detailed practice schedule).

August 5^th – Fall Athletics Meeting @ 5 pm in the gym (Each sport will have its own individual meeting following the generalized Athletics Meeting)

August 9^th – 11^th – Open Practices for Flag Football (T/W/Th @ 6 am – 7 am – more info at Fall Athletics Meeting)

August 12^th – LAST DAY TO JOIN CROSS COUNTRY

August 16^th – Last day to register for Volleyball & Flag Football

August 17^th – 19^th – Volleyball & Flag Football Tryouts

August 22^nd- Intramural Registration Opens (for 5^th grades & those who did not make the middle school teams)

As a reminder, every student will need a physical on file signed by a medical professional BEFORE they can participate in an open practice or tryout. If your physical is still valid, but you do not have a copy, please email Coach Disney for assistance.
