Hello Spartan Families!
We need your attention regarding a change for Friday's dismissal procedure.
What's Happening: Tomorrow, September 20th, is a 1:00 PM DISMISSAL.
Modified Pick-Up Procedures: To ensure safety and smooth traffic flow, all student pick-ups will take place in the lower lot. The upper lot will be closed for school pick-up and will not be accessible for vehicles. Please plan accordingly and follow staff directions to help keep the process safe and efficient.
New Efficiency Measure: Every family/student has been given a sign for their car window to help expedite the process. Please check your child’s backpack, and if possible, place the sign in your car for tomorrow’s pick-up. We have arranged extra staff and volunteers to assist. Please be patient and follow their directions to ensure a safe and orderly pick-up. This will greatly assist us in making dismissal run smoothly.
Finally, thank you for being flexible and supporting this 1:00 PM dismissal, which allows our students the incredible opportunity to participate in the Veneration of the Relic.
Please remember to send lunch with your student (no Pizza tomorrow).
A note for next week: The school office will be closed during Mass of the Holy Spirit next week on Wednesday, September 25 from 10:30-11:30am.
