From the AGM March 13, 2017

Carmen Sparg is the new President of the Kelowna Chamber 2018-2019.  She was introduced at the AGM/Luncheon Tuesday March 13.  Immediate Past President Tom Dyas addressed the 150 guests and spent a few minutes reminiscing about his two years in office as President.

The 2017 Annual Report was distributed at the AGM Luncheon, and  is now available online.  Four fresh faces are joining the Board for 2018-2019. A full list is available online at the Board of Directors tab

Past President Tom Dyas also thanked outgoing Vice President Martine Hickman, who was Finance Chair for the past two years; Chair Women's Leadership Network 2015-2017; and Director of the Year 2017.  

Graham Moir, JCI Kelowna, was also thanked for his voluntary contribution to the Board in 2017.

The Chamber also tabled revised By-Laws at the meeting.  Voting members at the AGM voted unanimously to adopt the revised By-laws.  T hese revisions will be sent to Industry Canada for review shortly.
Don't forget our Presidents Dinner Thursday April 12th at the Coast Capri. This is an opportunity to celebrate our Volunteers in all areas of the Chamber, enjoy a great dinner, and take part in a Silent Auction.
