LOUISVILLE, KY, APRIL 11, 2018 - Strothman and Company, a full-service CPA and Advisory firm, today announced that it has merged with middle-market strategic advisory firm Pallas Partners, Inc. and formed a new division called Strothman Strategic Advisory Services. The Strategic Advisory Services Division will continue Pallas' regional focus on providing advisory services to business owners with revenues between $2 million and $70 million as well as merger and acquisition and other financial advisory services to enterprises valued in the $3 million to $100 million range.
Matthew Saltzman, Founder and CEO of Pallas, will become a Partner of Strothman and Company as the Director of the Strategic Advisory Services Division. Terms of the transaction were not announced. Strothman and Company Founder Ray Strothman said, "The combination of Pallas and Matthew Saltzman with the Strothman brand and platform of services is a very significant and powerful addition to the Strothman Business family.
