WLH Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce two recent publications for Implementing Change
and Building Change Agility

It is time to begin thinking about 2018 and the many upcoming changes you anticipate within your organization.
WLH Consulting, Inc. ("WLH") has worked with many pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies of all sizes to define and execute large-scale, high impact strategic change efforts (e.g., organizational redesigns, mergers, and downsizing).
We are pleased to share our recent publications, out just in time for the New Year! Both articles demonstrate our strategic expertise in the design and execution of large-scale change initiatives, and our experience in developing change agility capabilities for leadership, at all levels.
Five Critical Principles to Guide Organizational Change  was published in the Fall 2017 edition of OD Practitioner and responds to the question, "Why do so many organizations flounder when there is a wealth of literature, theory, and best practices available on how to plan and execute large-scale change?" The principles outlined align closely with WLH's customer partnerships on successful large-scale change initiatives.
Our second publication, Change Agility: a Winning Capability at all Levels  highlights the importance of change agility capabilities for leaders at all levels and discusses how the 5C's of Transition Leadership® helps to prepare leaders to skillfully manage the impact and successfully execute through ongoing change. These two articles are just a small representation of the importance in addressing change at the organizational, team, and individual levels.
We hope you enjoy reading our latest articles and find them useful and informative.  We would welcome the opportunity for one-on-one discussions with you, your colleagues, or team members on how our approach and methodology can help your company plan for and optimize any large-scale change initiative.
Our firm's success was built on experiences from executing numerous, successful initiatives using proven, customized resources that guide organizational, team, and individual change.
Please feel free to contact us for more information on Implementing Change and Building Change Agility Capabilities.  Additionally, we can provide other information on our strategic consulting services and customized learning solutions that can help your leaders, colleagues, and learning organizations elevate their performance and achieve sustained success.
