The congregations of the Diocese share the costs of inter-island travel for lay delegates and voting clergy, provided you make the reservations through the Diocesan Air Travel Coordinator.

There is an exception for those traveling from Moloka‘i; please make your own reservations and submit your receipt to Rae Costa for reimbursement.

Ground Transportation and Hotel are on your own.

If you haven’t made your inter-island airline reservations yet, please do so immediately by clicking HERE.

If you did submit the form but didn’t receive your confirmation, contact Rae Costa ASAP.

VOTING: ELECTION RUNNER

This year, voting will be done online using Election Runner. All voting clergy and delegates must have access to an electronic device (laptop, tablet, smartphone) in order to vote. If you missed the scheduled trainings, one of the recorded Zoom sessions and accompanying slideshow are available for viewing on the Diocesan website HERE.
