As we await a cold front in Abilene, the campus has slowed down and faculty and staff are looking forward to time off.

We are blessed to work at HSU where each of us can live our authentic Christian walk as we provide excellence in education.

I want to thank each of you for helping us train up future Christian leaders that will serve the world as Christ did.

HSU New Employee: Dr. Bob Brooks, Senior Development Officer

We're proud to announce that Dr. Bob Brooks is heading back to Abilene to take on a new role as Senior Development Officer in our Advancement Office.

Dr. Brooks has many years of experience in the world of Christian higher education and shares a passion for "excellence in education, enlightened by Christian faith and values."

Dr. Brooks was once an Assistant Professor of Church Music at HSU from 1998-2001

and then Dean of the College of Fine Arts at HSU from 2011-2013.

We're excited to see the great work Dr. Brooks will accomplish here at HSU as we reach our goals in the speakLIFE Fundraising Campaign!
