Special School Board Meeting on Thursday, July 30
The School Board will convene a Special Board Meeting on Thursday, July 30 at 7:15 p.m., partially in-person and partially by remote means.  
During the meeting, the Administrative Team will provide an update on the status of Planning for 2020-2021 and recommend a preferred, in-person model for consideration for fall 2020. 
The July 30 meeting will take place at Carleton Washburne School in the Band Room located at 515 Hibbard Road, Winnetka IL and via Zoom. Members of the public can join the meeting remotely or attend in person with limited seating. Public seating is limited to 18 seats to adhere to social distancing requirements. Seating for the public is on a first-come, first-served basis. All guests must wear a face mask and social distance inside the meeting room. Any individuals who arrive after the room is full will need to join remotely. 
Public comment for the meeting will occur both in person and also by email. Those joining remotely and wishing to make public comments should email board@winnetka36.org prior to 7:10 p.m. on July 30th. Note, if there is a high volume of public comment, the Board may need to limit the amount of time dedicated to public comment in order to efficiently conduct business (in accordance with temporary rules to be adopted by the School Board).
