Harvey

Breeds: Domestic Short Hair

Gender: Male

Color: Grey Tabby w/ White

Age: 10 years (approx.)

Arrived: 3/18/2025

Category: Adult Cat

Hi, I’m Harvey!

I’m 10, currently in Loomis, and need a new home.

AND... update! If you saw my previous post it said I was FIV+. It turns out I am NOT! My former family said I was, but never had me tested. My current caregivers not only updated all of my vaccines, but had me tested twice, and it was negative! I am healthy and ready to go, no FIV here!

I’m very friendly with people, love to nap, and I am very food motivated. Fabulous doesn’t even begin to describe me! I prefer a quiet and calm home, with either very mellow other cats who will let me be, or no other cats. My story?

Some kind people rescued me from an overcrowded home last year with the goal of finding me a better home. I haven’t been getting along with their resident cats so the need to find me a new home now! I’ll be honest… as a former street cat and with a past of living in an overcrowded, unhealthy house, I’ve been through a lot. I’m very chill despite all of that, but I really could use a cat-savvy person who will go the extra mile with me. Could that be you?

Snowbelly

Breeds: Siamese - Domestic Short Hair

Gender: Male

Color: Snowshoe

Age: 5 years (approx.)

Arrived: 11/23/2024

Category: Adult Cat

Hi, I’m Snowbelly! The first thing you’ll notice about me is my stunningly handsome good looks. I mean, it doesn’t get much better than this, right?! I’m five, the purrfect age of knowing just enough to be wise yet able to still play the young at heart card. I came to FieldHaven last year when my person could no longer care for me.

When I came to Fieldhaven, I had my dental and bloodwork, and we discovered I am FIV+. That’s feline immunodeficiency virus, which attacks the immune system and basically means I am more vulnerable to basic infections compared to other cats. I am healthy and asymptomatic, but it would be ideal to either have me in a home with no other cats, mellow cats, or other FIV+ cats. And of course it has to depend on your comfort level. But I am ready for a home, and understand it may take time to find just the right one. Regardless, I deserve it. I’ve come a long way, I’m handsome, young, and nothing is going to get me down. So, if you’re looking for a sweet yet sometimes cocky fella to enter into a relationship with, look no further. Snowbelly has arrived!

P.S. FIV is not scary! After years of studies, science now tells us that FIV+ cats can live among other cats who don't have it. There is no longer a need to separate them or make them your only pet; FIV+ cats can have long, happy, healthy lives! Here's a great link for reference and to help other FIV+ cats out there:

Is Your Electric

Vehicle Charged?

Start each day with a full charge. Investing in an EV charger will save you time and give you a tax credit this year! Thinking of adding a second EV to your home? Let's talk about electric load and needing a second charger.

Main Electrical Panel

If tripping breakers are a common occurrence, your electrical panel could be damaged. Outdated or overwhelmed electrical panels are the main cause of electrical fires. Your panel may also need to be upgraded to install an EV charger. But no worries, we can help.
