3 Night Weekend Special- Stay 3 consecutive nights for the price of 2 nights Regular price is $950 reduced $750 on all pool view and pool side rooms!
Special waterfront and VIP four room suite rates are also available for larger parties upon request.
Extra nights are available at special 4+ day rates of $199 per night.
Weekday Special Rate- Stay 2 or more consecutive nights and pay only $199 per night for your stay.
Units are based on four person occupancy additional charges will apply for additional guest at the rate of $50.00 per person.This does not apply to children under the age 16 years old.

Boat Only Special
Want to leave your boat in Bahamas long term or simply stay overnight? Not a problem, we now offer slip space on a transient and full time basis. Transient rates are $100 per night or $550 per month for the summer of 2012. Boat lifts are also available on a limited basis for an extra charge. Note: Have a boat club or fishing club we have special rate programs for your next get together. Call and inquire to see if your organization has joined our float over program.
