Holiday Office Closings 

The CTPF office will be closed on Monday, February 20, 2023, in observance of the Presidents' Day Holiday.

Tammie F. Vinson Appointed Teacher Trustee

During their February 16, 2023, meeting, the CTPF Board of Trustees appointed Tammie F. Vinson to fill the vacant Teacher Trustee position created by the December 31, 2023, retirement of Trustee Tina Padilla. Trustee Vinson took the oath of office during the meeting and will serve until the next election scheduled in November 2023. Learn more here.

Pay Advices Delayed

February pay advices due to mail on January 30, 2023, were mailed on February 6, 2023, due to an issue with the outside vendor who manages the mailing. Payments have not been delayed, only the notice of the direct deposit. Advices are available on demand from the myCTPF member self service portal. Find more information here.

2023 Retirement Webinars

CTPF members considering retirement next June are invited to attend a 2023 Retirement Webinar. These presentations provide a one-stop shop for retirement information, including a general overview of the CTPF and CPS retirement processes.


Webinars will be offered at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on February 20 and April 4. Find additional information at ctpf.org/calendar

Town Hall Webinar Recording

CTPF Executive Director Carlton W. Lenoir, Sr., hosted a Winter Town Hall Webinar on January 25. The webinar offered a general overview of Fund operations and reminders for the winter. The webinar recording is now available at ctpf.org.

Save CTPF's Phone Number

CTPF encourages members to save the Member Services number, 312.641.4464, in their contact list to avoid being marked as spam.

Retirees with Temporary Addresses

Retirees who have multiple addresses should file a temporary change of address form with CTPF. Address changes cannot be made over the phone. Retirees will need to complete a Change of Address form (CTPF Form 107 available upon request from Member Services) or make changes directly in the myCTPF member self-service portal. All address changes for active CTPF members are reported through their employers' reporting system.

myCTPF Launches New Features

The myCTPF Member Self-Service Portal includes new features for active and retired members:   


  • View and update address information (if you are not currently contributing to CTPF). 
  • View and update phone number and email addresses. 
  • View your benefit status information. 
  • View and download 1099-R and pay advice(s) (pensioners) 
  • View and download your annual Member Statement if you have service credit with CTPF.  
  • Request an estimate of your CTPF retirement benefit (if you meet the eligibility requirements). 



Members are encouraged to register at myCTPF.org.

CTPF COVID-19 Information & Resources

CTPF has implemented the following changes for the health and safety of all:

  • Phone assistance, video counseling, and remote notarization appointments are available. Members should call 312.641.4464 or email [email protected] for assistance.
  • US Mail processing may be delayed. Send benefit applications, forms, and documents by fax 312.641.7185 or email an attachment (.pdf or .jpg format) to [email protected] to ensure prompt processing.
