Support AND Volunteers Needed

Ballard HS Families! The 2026-27 school year starts soon! We're looking for volunteers to help support staff, educators, and students in late August and the first week of September. For these Start of School roles, new families can volunteer without completing the SPS volunteer application first. (Note: Future roles will require SPS clearance, and we'll send application or renewal instructions when that applies.) ~ Thank you! Your BHS PTSA

PTSA Staff & Educators Lunch Sign Up Aug. 27

The PTSA is hosting lunch for all 150 staff on campus August 27, where our staff and educators will be working long hours to prep our students for a great start to the 2026-27 school year.

We need help with:

Serving staff and educators
Bringing beverages, sides, or dessert
Donating money (we'll handle the shopping!)

Start of School Volunteer Sign Up Sept. 2, 3, 4

Parents/Guardians: The first week of school is critical to getting students set up for success. Shifts range from 1 – 4 hours or whatever works for you!

We need help with:

Laptop check-out
Assigning lockers
Looking up course schedules and student IDs
Helping at photo days
