Dear MES community,
Don’t forget - the Boosterthon Dolphin Dash Fun Run is tomorrow, Tuesday, November 29th!
The Boosterthon Fun Run is just a day away! Have your kids kids eat a good breakfast, put on those running shoes, and join us for the make-up Dolphin Dash tomorrow, Tuesday, 11/29 at the Inman Field Of Dreams (across from Virginia Highland Church / 743 Virginia Ave NE). Parents are welcome and encouraged to join and cheer on their runners, who will be running with their grade levels at the following times:
- Kindergarten - 8:00-8:45

1st Grade - 10:00 - 10:45

2nd Grade -12:30 - 1:15

3rd Grade - 9:00 - 9:45

4th Grade - 1:30 - 2:15

5th Grade - 11:30 - 12:15
A few reminders:

The teachers have the MES Boosterthon T-Shirts and kids will change into them prior to the race. Depending on the weather, they can wear their shirts over a sweater or under their jackets.

Parents are invited to attend to cheer on their runners. We’re expecting several parents to attend and parking may be an issue. Please consider walking or park on side streets – let’s be considerate and observe parking guidelines (please don’t block driveways).
- To avoid bottlenecking and congregation, no laps will be recorded.
- Students will be asked to bring their own water bottles. The Booster team will designate space for each class to keep their water bottles.
The PTA would also like to again thank everyone who made this Boosterthon Dolphin Dash a huge success for our school this year, including all of the teachers, staff members, and our incredible administration for an epic close out before the Thanksgiving break. Thanks to all of our parents, donors, and supporters, the current total raised for our school is just over $111,000! A huge thank you to all for this amazing support!
