Holiday Office Hours

The Spectrum Community Association Office will be closing at 3PM on Friday, November 22 , and Wednesday, November 27 .

The office will be closed Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 for the Thanksgiving holiday.

We will return to normal business hours on Monday, December 2. In the event of a common area emergency, please call

2020 BUDGET SUMMARIES

The Spectrum Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the 2020 budget was approved on October 23, 2019 without an increase to your 2020 assessment rate. The 2020 budgets were based on average actual expenses and expense projections for the upcoming year. For your convenience, the annualized budget summaries are outlined below.
The next Bulk Trash Date is this Sunday, November 24 . Place all acceptable bulk items in the street against the curb no earlier than Sunday to avoid a costly violation.
Winter Watering
The need for supplemental irrigation in the winter months can be as vitally important to the health of your landscape plants as it is in the summer. Although, winter rains do provide a large margin for error when it comes to irrigation, it is essential to have a plan to keep your landscape healthy. Unless your landscape consists of Bursage, Cacti or other southwest native plant material, this most likely applies to you.
Gilbert Days will be this Saturday, November 23, 2019. The event includes the Gilbert Days Rodeo produced by the Gilbert Promotional Corporation, the Gilbert Days Parad e produced by the Town of Gilbert, and the Gilbert Half Marathon and 10K Run .

The event will cause multiple road restrictions and closures throughout the community. 
Get those feathers ready, fill up those water bottles, start practicing your gobbles…it’s trotting time!

Make a difference in a child’s life, join us on Thursday, November 28, 2019, at San Tan Village for our annual Gilbert Turkey Trot. 100% of all proceeds are given to local nonprofit organizations making a difference in countless children’s lives.
