Hello Democrat in Bernalillo County,
Imagine holding the key to New Mexico’s future — deciding who leads us as Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and beyond. That’s the thrill of the Pre-Primary process, where grassroots voices like yours shape the Democratic ballot right here in our county.
With fewer than 500 delegate seats countywide (only about 220 up for election at the ward level), every seat is competitive and every voice matters. Your participation ensures Bernalillo County’s values are front and center.
Big news: Registration is open TODAY, January 17th!
-
Run as a Delegate Candidate to get elected by your ward and, if elected, represent them at the state convention.
-
Or sign up as an Elector to help choose delegates in your ward(friends, family — everyone welcome!).
Delegates are automatically electors too. SCC members and Ward Chairs, you are also automatic delegates, but please register to become an elector!
Join us at the Mega Ward Meeting on February 7th (doors open 10:30 AM, meeting 11:30 AM–1:30 PM) at UNM Continuing Education. It’s your best chance to network, meet candidates, and stand out in contested races.
