Special Edition Newsletter!

Annual Meeting of the Members 2026

We’re proud to introduce our first-ever special edition newsletter, created to share key highlights and updates from this year’s Annual Meeting of the Members—including the community presentation, election results, and the introduction of our newly elected Board Members.

Meeting Highlights

Our community was honored with a nomination for Large-Scale Community of the Year through Community Associations Institute (CAI), recognizing our continued growth and excellence.

We’re especially proud that our Board Member, Elaine Maurer was selected as Community Volunteer of the Year by CAI as well.

The meeting included nominations from the floor, along with staff-led presentations highlighting 2025–2026 project plans and a review of community events.

We would like to thank our guest representatives from Rebeca Clay-Flores Precinct 1 Bexar County Commissioners Office and Bexar County Fire Department - ESD 2.

Katherine Gan, CPA from Armstrong Vaugn & Associates spoke to our 2025 financials. The board of directors will complete and finalize it, then it will be uploaded to the spectrum homeowner portal for viewing. Register here if you haven't already!

Board Election Results

Election results were finalized at the Annual Meeting, with 111 votes submitted online, 81 votes mailed in or submitted via ballot box, and 118 in-person or by proxy votes for a total of 310 votes. We are pleased to announce the election of James Holmes, Brian Fite, and Anthony Hoffman, who will serve two-year terms on the Board through 2028.

We extend our sincere thanks to the 13* candidates who stepped forward to run for the Board. We also thank the 84 homeowners who attended the Meet the Candidates event on March 31, 2026, to hear from those dedicated to serving the community, as well as the 57 residents who showed up for the Annual meeting last night.

We would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to our outgoing Board members—Brian Bush, Brandon Schuler, and Victor Estello—for their many years of dedicated and tireless service to our community. Their commitment, leadership, and countless hours of volunteer work have made a lasting impact, and we are sincerely appreciative of everything they have done to support and improve our neighborhood. We thank them for their service and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
