CHANGES TO MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION STARTING APRIL 14, 2022
Fulton County Cyber Security Division is expanding the use of Multifactor Authentication (MFA). On Thursday, April 14, 2022 COB, all webmail access will require the use of multifactor authentication (webmail.fultoncountyga.gov). 

If you have not already done so, you must log on to https://fulton.my.idaptive.app using your county network logon to set up MFA. Follow the steps below:

Login to https://fulton.my.idaptive.app using firstname.lastname and your network password

At the welcome screen select “Get Started”
Set up 3 Security Questions and Answers
Select the pencil icon and drop down to choose a security question
Select the pencil icon and enter the answer
After all 3 questions and answers are filled in select “Save”
Select Duo/Google Authenticator
Download Duo Mobile or Google Authenticator on your cell phone
Add an account by following the instructions on the screen
After the account is verified select “Done”
NEW LOG ON EXPERIENCES:
To log onto https://outlook.office365.com: the initial page will ask you to enter an account. Enter your county email ([email protected]). A message will say “ Taking you to your organization's sign-in page”. The next page presented will ask you to sign in. In this box, you will enter your network log on, and click next. On this page enter your network password and click next. The last page will open and ask for additional authentication. Here you will select an authentication method from the drop-down ( security questions, SMS message, Duo/Google Authenticator). Follow the instructions for your chosen method. Once you have successfully completed these steps you will be taken back to outlook.office365.com and granted access to Fulton County’s Office 365 mail.
If you encounter any problems, verify your password and that you have set up your authentication factors prior to attempting to access the Fulton County Email system. Please contact the helpdesk if any issues persist.
