Acquiring and Distributing Knowledge Regarding God's Creation
Webinar and Meeting: February 3rd at 7 pm

|
Creation Science Seminar on 3/9/22
|
At the Feb 3 GHCA meeting we will:
· announce our seminar panned for March 9th
· discuss the speakers, their research and presentations
· discuss what it will take to make this happen
· we will need a lot of help!
|
First, the seminar:
Creation Science Seminar
March 9, 2022 6:30 PM until 9:45
Houston’s First Baptist Church
will provide their big beautiful worship Center auditorium.
.
Three Leaders in Creation Science Research:
|
Dr. John Baumgardner, PhD Geophysics, Prof. Liberty U.
-
Founder of Catastrophic Plate Tectonics (CPT)
- Developed CPT over a 20 yr. career at Los Alamos National Labs
- CPT is the physical mechanism driving the Global Flood
- Shows strong evidence in Earth’s mantle today.
|
Dr. Timothy Clarey, Research Geologist, ICR
- Compiled 3000 detailed rock columns across five continents.
- Data shows progressive deposition of fossil bearing rock layers with organization much like the six mega-sequences of Sloss.
-
The Flood peaked in the 5th mega-sequence and waned in the 6th with further erosion and redeposition often offshore.
- data aligns well with the CPT Flood mechanism of Baumgardner.
|
Dr. Randy Guliuzza, MD, Registered PE, President ICR
- Presents a new theory of engineering design in the Life sciences.
- The Creator does engineering design that is not just intelligent but demands immense respect and awe from the finest scientists and engineers.
|
Second, it is a really big deal to have Drs. Baumgardner and Clarey speaking back to back. Usually an audience hears only one of these in an event and they get only half the geology of the Flood. Then they conclude there is a lot missing here! But this time they will get the whole thing and it will be very impressive in every way. Many will understand the Flood was real physical event and the Biblical account is not allegory or mythology.
But there is more! Dr Guliuzza will tell us about his research as a physician and engineer into the design in biological systems. He will go far beyond just recognizing an intelligent designer with specific engineering principles and amazing examples. This will be a new emphasis for us in the future.
Third, What will it take to make this happen?
The speakers are engaged and preparing presentations.
Publicity handouts are being prepared. But we need several things yet:
Money: GHCA needs to raise at least $3000 dollars to pay for the costs! So, we have a new way to make safe online credit card donations by way of Constant Contact and Chase Bank’s WePay service.
|
BTW, how long has it been since you paid your annual GHCA dues? Well, that is too long!! It is easy to catch up now. The dues are $35 per year for individuals and $45 for families. However, we will need a lot more than those modest maintenance dues.
We will have to pay the travel expenses and a decent honorarium for the speakers. After all, we are asking for customized presentations, not the canned talks they have done ten time before! We will have to pay for printing publicity materials also.
|
Volunteers are needed working with hands and feet as well as open eyes and bold mouths. When we get our fliers we will want to post them everywhere there is an opportunity. Most important is places where they will be seen by people in:
-
Church staff, lay leadership, teachers.
-
Science and technology communities including oil, geology, NASA, space, medical, and healthcare industries.
-
Education institutions, Christian schools, colleges, trade schools, universities, seminaries and their professors.
-
Public places and bulletin boards or reception areas like doctor’s office.
|
Please help me update and expand my lists of such places of opportunity including: Name of person or institution, street address, email address.
Please help gather these kinds of information in your church, workplace, schools where you live, work, learn, or play. Then send it to me by email at creationnews@comcast.net
Please start gathering this information now and start sending it to me by Jan 29th.
There will be a max of 4 publicity emails sent to people not yet signed up for our newsletter. We will not put anyone on our regular mailing list unless they actually request it, or they signup on our website GHCAonline.com
Many thanks for your help. Come meet with us in Houston’s First Baptist Reception Room on Feb, 3rd at 7 PM. You will be amazed at the work these creation scientists have done! We will also discuss and update the tasks that need to be done to make this seminar a big success.

Over the last sixty years, six national scale YEC organization have grown up with a staff of PhD scientists in their leadership. These organizations include:
|
Marine fossils dominate in all levels of rocks with fossils including those with land animals or other terrestrial fossils such as dinosaurs!

Whitmore Coconino Research Team Free Access Publications:
For geologist and other technical people here are links to the most recent free access publications making strong case Coconino SS is deposition by water.

Examples of Important YEC Scientific Evidences
Some major examples of physical evidence we point to include:
- Remains of original soft tissue still found in dinosaur bones. Along with that tissue is C-14 that would decay completely away in less than a hundred thousand years, a tiny fraction of the dinosaur fossil's supposed age.
- For many years geologists have found C-14 in fossil carbon throughout the fossil record. So, the entire fossil record is less than 100,000 years old.
- The origin of the information and molecular machinery in the first living self-reproducing cell remains a complete enigma for biologist and biochemists.
- In the origin of the universe, big bang theory is being recognized as a dead end by increasing numbers of secular scientists. The hypothesized inflation has nothing to start it, drive it forward, or stop it. Without inflation fatal flaws appear with the absence of predicted antimatter, magnetic monopoles, or any means for the whole universe to come to the same precise background temperature. Then the formation of the first stars is as enigmatic as the origin of the first biological cell. Dark matter and dark energy are as enigmatic as the galactic motions they are needed to explain.
At the root of all standard science are many assumptions that may be quite incorrect. At the top is that there is no God. Another is that present process can be used to explain everything in the past. When we look at a canyon we are taught to assume the river at the bottom cut the canyon. But perhaps tectonic events made the canyon and there is a river at the bottom because water always flows downhill. At the root of big bang theory is a pure assumption that has been named the "Cosmological Principle". Perhaps inaccuracies there are responsible for the big bang's multitude of problems.
There is more about the role of assumptions in science found on our website here. There are many more resources on young earth and young universe evidences here.
