Special Meeting Announcement

STAR Church Coalition Resolution

Dear Members of the Conference:

The Board of Directors is announcing a special meeting of the Conference December 8, 2024, at 1 pm (MST) via Zoom. The sole purpose of this meeting will be to vote on becoming a signatory Conference to the Small Town and Rural (STAR) Church Coalition resolution to General Synod 2025.

The resolution and initiating documents from STAR Coalition are posted and downloadable off our website under the "Events" menu tab: www.mnwcucc.org.

Delegates to the meeting shall be allotted per the Conference Bylaws: each congregation can bring 3 adult lay members, 2 youth lay members, and 1 lay member for each 100 members over the first 100. All authorized clergy with standing in the Conference are automatically considered delegates.
