At 5:00 pm, April 07, 2022, the GCA Board of Directors will convene in Special Session to consider and vote for a Special Assessment to cover the cost of clean-up the storm damage resulting from the devastating winter storm that hit our community on January 3, 2022.

The Board of Directors cannot impose a Special Assessment on the Members of the Glenmore Community Association. Only the Membership can. If the Board approves the proposed resolution a Special Meeting of the Glenmore Community Association will be convened at a future date and the Membership will vote to approve the Special Assessment.

Attached is a copy of the proposed resolution that presents the background, options, recommendation and resolution and the "April 1, 2022 Storm Cleanup Forecast.” These documents will guide the Board in its deliberation with regard to the Special Assessment on Thursday evening.
