To the Presbytery of St. Augustine:
Please be advised that a special meeting of the presbytery has been called for Monday, July 24, at 3:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the recommendation of the Board of Trustees that the Presbytery: 1) authorize and approve the sale of the Highland Regional Ministry Center property (formerly Highland Presbyterian Church) in Gainesville; 2) grant authority to the Board of Trustees to market the property for sale to an ultimate purchaser yet to be identified; and 3) authorize the Board of Trustees to complete the sales transaction with an ultimate purchaser as determined by the marketing process.
This meeting will be held via Zoom, and instructions with links will be forthcoming.
