2 Weeks Left! Your Docs+ Transition
On January 1, 2021, NVAR will complete the transition from Instanet to Docs+ as our primary forms vendor. This transition should not impact NVAR's arrangements with Dotloop, DocuSign and Zipforms.

For a transition period until December 31, 2020, both Instanet and Docs+ are available to members.

It is very important that between now and December 31, current Instanet subscribers export and download copies of your Instanet transaction files that you wish to keep. 

NVAR is offering training on Docs+ through the remainder of the year. Visit our calendar to register for sessions and visit our tutorial page to reference other training videos.

Centennial Brick Donation - 2020
Perfect Holiday Gift!

For a limited time, the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® offers members the chance to purchase an engraved Centennial brick that will be placed on the patio in front of the Centennial Garden at our Fairfax headquarters.

Coat, Food, Book Drives continue at NVAR through Dec. 18

We have teamed up with the Capital Area Food Bank, Women Giving Back and Graham Road Elementary to provide non-perishable food, winter coats, and children's books for our community.

Donations can be dropped off in the atrium of the NVAR Fairfax headquarters.
