Traffic Flow Change at Intersection of Ferndown Ln and Pendower Ln

Based on feedback from a number of area residents, the GCA Roads Committee and Board of Directors have approved the installation of two additional stop signs, converting the intersection of Pendower Ln and Ferndown Ln into a 4-Way Stop. This change aims to enhance safety and address an existing hazards.

The installation will take place in the coming weeks. Please watch for the cones and markers in advance of the work. We appreciate your vigilance as everyone adjusts to this new traffic pattern.
