The holiday season is upon us and we want to celebrate...
We are inviting Special Olympics athletes to join us for this year's Virtual Holiday Dance on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 6 PM Eastern Time.

The dance will be hosted LIVE on Zoom with DJ Stevie!

We ask you to bring your holiday spirit! Wear your favourite holiday sweater, t-shirt, and decorate your space (no flashing lights, please).

Visit: https://soontar.io/holidaydance to get on Santa's VIP list and register for the dance.
Get moving with us Special Olympics! This week we ask you to post a photo of yourself doing at least one (but we challenge you to all of them!) of the December Wellness Challenge Calendar active and positive challenges. We have:

3) December 12: 5-minute cardio workout
4) December 13: 5 minute abs workout
5) December 14: Upper body workout

The above workouts are a great start to movement to get your body warm and ready for a short walk, run or roll...in your home, in your backyard or neighbourhood. Remember to always practice physical distancing, wear the proper shoes, and dress warm if you are going outdoors.

Share your #FitFamily active photos with us and remember to document your minutes at www.walktheworldwithme.com

We are currently in Kabul, Afghanistan and have covered 157,402.50 KM!
