Tomorrow Kicks Off The Final Wellness Challenge Calendar Of The Year!
We are entering the final month of the year where we will challenge you to keep trying new recipes, staying connected with your friends and family, staying active through Walk The World, SO Fit 5 and more!

Follow along as we finish the year off strong!
December Active Challenge: Do At Least 15 Minutes Of Physical Activity Everyday
= 1 KM A Day For 31 Days
We are nearly around the world in the Walk The World With Me Challenge!
Do you think we can finish the year off strong and add another 31,000 KM to complete the challenge by January 1?! We believe we can!

What will it take to get there?

If YOU committed to at least 15 minutes (but do more if you can!!) of movement for the next 31 days....walk (indoors or out), run, roll, do a fun workout - log your time and movement in the Walk The World With Me - we will beat our goal!

Check out the fun weekly challenges we have put together for you to get you moving! Be sure to tag us on social media and use #WalkTheWorldSO so we can highlight your success.
We are currently in Ukraine and if we keep with this speed, we will surpass over 150,000 KM by tomorrow!

Make sure to dress warm and wear proper shoes if walking outside.

Remember - you can also get those steps walking indoors!
You have until this Friday, December 4 to submit your holiday recipe for a chance to win!
