This Tuesday we will start with Special Olympics Ontario athlete Fareed and Coach Grace helping us kick off the RYC Summer on Zoom on Tuesday at 7pm! This month is “Cross Train July” for RYC.
Each week’s workout will have a different focus – speed and power, endurance, strength, agility, or flexibility!
For our first week, Fareed and Grace will lead a speed and power workout and talk about goal setting for the month!
This will be a live workout on ZOOM!
