13th Annual Rob Plunkett Memorial Golf Tournament

- Bond Head Golf Club, July 28th -

Detective Constable Rob Plunkett of the York Regional Police Service was a respected police officer, a dedicated family man, and an involved member of our community. He was passionate about many things in life, but two of the most important were his favourite charity, Special Olympics, and golfing with friends and family.

Tragically, on August 2nd, 2007, Rob was killed in the line of duty while attempting to effect an arrest in the Town of Markham.

On behalf of the members of the York Regional Police Association we continue to honour Rob’s memory, and his passion for golf and Special Olympics by hosting the 13th Annual Rob Plunkett Memorial Golf Classic.

A few foursomes and sponsorship opportunities are still available should you wish to enjoy a fun day on the golf course.
