Our "Bid Box" contains valuable jewelry, fine items, artwork and collectibles. The silent auction format allows customers to secretly bid on items they wish to buy, by bidding at least the opening bid amount shown for any item. You can bid for as many items as you wish. In addition to placing bids in person at our Thrift Shop, NOW YOU CAN BID BY EMAIL. Bidding for the items shown below ends on Tuesday, June 14 at 1:00 p.m. You can email your bid to us at [email protected] Please write "Bid Box" in the subject line and indicate the following: 1) The item for which you are bidding 2) The amount you are bidding 3) Your name 4) Your daytime telephone number  You will receive a confirmation email, acknowledging your bid. Japanese Tansu Chest

This antique two-piece Japanese tansu chest has 4 large drawers, 1 small drawer and 1 small cupboard. It was made in the early 20th Century. The front of the chest is keyaki wood and the casing is cryptomeria wood. It has all original hardware, including side carrying handles on both pieces. It measures 42 inches wide x 43 inches tall x 18 inches deep. This is the perfect addition to any room and extra storage space is a bonus.  Opening Bid: $400

Lavender Jadeite Pendant  This lovely lavender jadeite pendant has a 14k gold bale. The pendant measures 1 inch x 1 inch. This would make a beautiful gift for someone who loves jade. (Or maybe keep it for yourself.) This Opening Bid: $180 

Kate Spade Handbag This cheery Kate Spade crossbody bag features multi-colored straw flowers. The bag measures 8-1/2 inches wide x 6 inches tall. This is a wonderful accessory for spring and summer. Opening Bid: $60

Sam's Restaurant Mugs

This iconic pair of mugs from the famed Okinawan restaurant is in perfect condition. They each measure 4-1/4 inches wide x 6-1/2 inches tall and bear the restaurant logo.

‌ Silver Charm Bracelet This sterling silver charm bracelet features 18 detailed sterling silver charms. Included are a pineapple, cable car, piano, airplane, and many others. The bracelet is 6 inches long. It is really a conversation starter. Opening Bid: $48

‌ Kwanyin Bust This glazed ceramic bust of Kwanyin, goddess of mercy, is in perfect condition. She measures 6-1/2 inches wide x 11 inches tall.  Opening Bid: $35

Yerba Mate Tea Set

This Argentine Yerba Mate tea set includes the gourd cup and stand and six silver-plated straws. The gourd measures 4 inches in diameter x 5-1/4 inches tall. The silver straws are each 8 inches long. Yerba Mate tea is part of a pre-Colombian cultural tradition.  Opening Bid: $60 for the set

Star Sapphire Ring This natural star sapphire is flanked by two tiny diamonds. It is set in 90% platinum / 10% iridium. It was crafted in the 1920s. The ring is size 7-1/2. It is a stunner! Opening Bid: $280

Chinese / French Style Telephone

This unique ornamental telephone features a lacquer, brass and carved "ivory" base, which opens to a rotary dial. This is definitely a collector's item.

Pearl Earrings

This pair of Na Hoku clip earrings feature silver pearls in a 10k gold setting. (The clips are 14k gold.) The earrings are 1-1/2 inches long. Opening Bid: $210

Mikasa Crystal Bowl This lovely crystal bowl is the "Parklane" design. Its scalloped edge and simple cut lines create incredible sparkle. This heavy bowl measures 9 inches in diameter x 4-1/2 inches tall. Opening Bid: $20

Wooden Jewelry Box

This vintage Chinese jewelry box features brass and jadeite ornamentation and includes a working brass lock. The inside is lined in Chinese silk. The box measures 5-1/4 inches wide x 3-1/4 inches tall x 3-1/4 inches deep. This is the place to lock away some tiny treasures.  Opening Bid: $20

This necklace is composed of multi-colored jade beads. The necklace is 24 inches long. It is simple and elegant.

Ryukyu Glassware

These Okinawan glasses were made by re-using soda bottles. The set includes two goblets, each 5-1/4 inches tall, and four smaller wine glasses, each 4-3/4 inches tall. Opening Bid: $50 for the set of six

This 16-inch 14k gold chain suspends a 14k gold circular pendant with a dazzling cubic zirconia center stone.

Smoky Quartz Ring

This large smoky quartz stone is set in 14k gold. The stone measures 3/4 inch x 1 inch. The unusual 14k gold setting features "loops" beneath the stone. The ring is size 6.
