Brooke to Offer Interactive Experience at the FEI World Equestrian Games™
As the official charity of the FEI World Equestrian Games™, Tryon 2018 (WEG), our sister charity, Brooke, will launch an interactive experience in the World Equine Expo™, bringing the reality of life for people and equines in South Asia’s brick kilns to attendees through 360° video.

Brooke has captured life following a young couple, their child and their horse in these kilns through 360° video, and attendees of the World Equine Expo™ will have a unique opportunity to experience their world and daily life.

Don't miss it if you attend WEG! In conjunction with the video, some of our fundraising efforts at WEG will benefit Brooke's equine welfare programs in India's brick kilns
New York Times Bestselling Author to Present During Brooke USA Series
We're pleased to announce that Mary Alice Monroe will be among Brooke USA's presenters at the FEI World Equestrian Games™ Tryon 2018. She will make guest appearances to read excerpts from her newest novel, The Summer Guests, set in the equestrian world of North Carolina and Wellington, which will be published by Simon and Schuster in early 2019.

"Brooke Bricks" will Help Equines who Work in India's Brick Kilns

(See our newest brick kiln video, featuring one of Brooke's trustees visiting a kiln in Pakistan)

"Brooke Bricks," engraved with your name or the name of a beloved person or pet, will be installed in the new "Brooke Breezeway" at the Tryon International Equestrian Center as a legacy of the FEI World Equestrian Games™ Tryon 2018 (WEG).

Brooke Bricks are made in the USA, and no animals are involved in manufacturing.

Proceeds from the sale of Brooke Bricks will improve the lives of horses, donkeys, and mules in India's grueling brick kilns. If you can't attend WEG, you can still order a brick, or simply make a donation. Thanks!
Inauguration of the Brooke Breezeway at TIEC
Personalized Brooke Bricks which were purchased earlier this year will be installed in time for WEG, and we'll have a ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the new Brooke Breezeway prior to the opening ceremonies. Bricks sold now and during the games will be installed after the games.
Monty Roberts at WEG for Brooke USA
World-renowned horseman and Brooke Global Ambassador  Monty Roberts  will demonstrate his methods at the  FEI World Equestrian Games Tryon 2018  as part of  #BrookeUSA 's series of presentations during the games.

Monty's demonstrations will take place on September 19th at 12pm and September 20th at 1:30pm in the demos ring.

Trafalgar Books Helping Brooke USA: Half of all proceeds from book sales at the Brooke USA Shop will go to support Brooke USA campaigns
TSB has joined forces with Brooke USA at WEG, with several interactive events intended to support our work to better the welfare of equines around the world. Visitors to our booth in the WEG Village will find free activities for children, including educational and entertaining horse books for young readers, donated by TSB for the event, and offered for sale in the Brooke USA Shop on the grounds.
J.J. Tate at WEG
International dressage rider, trainer, and coach Jessica Jo Tate (J.J.) is a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist and Brooke USA Ambassador. She has competed at the top level of the sport around the world, and she'll be one of our Brooke USA demonstrators at the FEI World Equestrian Games Tryon 2018.

Whether you’re completely new to dressage or a seasoned competitor, you’ll learn from and enjoy J.J.’s demos.
September 15 at 10:30 am and September 16 at 2:30 pm in the demos rings.
J.J. has also visited some of the equine welfare programs funded by Brooke USA in Guatemala!

Olympic Medalist Clayton Fredericks at WEG
Clayton Fredericks competes, trains, and coaches at the highest level of international eventing. His accomplishments include FEI World Cup Champion (twice), Olympic silver medalist (team, 2008), individual silver and team bronze World Equestrian Games, Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event winner, and much more. Clayton will bring his expertise to the podium in this presentation which will include an analysis of the WEG eventing competition so far and his view on how the cross country will ride. He will highlight of the influential fences and combinations on the course. and make predictions of performance and ones to watch, followed by a Q&A session.

Emma Tate Ceramic Sculpture to be auctioned at WEG to benefit Brooke USA
Emma Tate is not only an accomplished artist, whose work is heralded around the world; she is also an accomplished horsewoman.

She combines these two gifts - and loves - to create stunning pieces that celebrate the beauty and athleticism of equines.

"Motive," a one-of-a-kind sculpture created especially to benefit Brooke USA, will be auctioned at our Brooke USA booth during WEG. This fine, white stoneware clay sculpture can be displayed indoors our outdoors. Make sure you stop by to bid!
Star & Huck at WEG
Star and Huck are the official mascots for WEG. Luckily for us, they also like to fundraise for Brooke USA. Look for them around the games and drop a few bucks in their saddle bags to benefit our equine welfare programs. We'll also have note cards featuring their adorable selves for sale in our Brooke USA Shop.
