We are happy that TLG could deliver a consistent and meaningful 2020 Women in Leadership program. Thanks to the work of Susan Hitchcock, and our outstanding speakers, we believe every program provided participants with an exceptional experience of personal and professional growth and learning.
WIL 2020 was not the face to face program that any of us expected back in January, but we are happy to have selected an option that worked for well-over 50 attendees per session. Thank YOU for your participation.
Next year’s program is coming together nicely (see below). Susan has helped to secure another extraordinary lineup. As you may know by now Susan is officially retiring (or as she prefers to say, she’s pursuing her “time of 100% flexibility”) after almost 3 decades with TLG and 18+ years as the Founder and the leader of WIL. Saying she will be missed is an understatement but she will remain on TLG’s Advisory Board. Over the years, Susan’s been an integral part of the TLG team, however, as they say, “the show must go on”. To that end, Anne Quiello is stepping in to fill Susan’s big shoes. Anne is a TLG Senior Consultant and also has a passion related to the advancement of women in the workplace.
We are hopeful that at some point in 2021 we will be able to welcome you back to the Commerce Club. Safety is of utmost importance, so until the science and the City of Atlanta tell us that it’s safe to return, we will continue the virtual program.
We have decided that there will be no charge for existing members until we return to the Club. In fact, we will be encouraging you to invite other members of your company/team on us. We would ask as you budget for 2021 that you keep something in there for your participation in TLG’s Women in Leadership, as we go “live”. This way, we can continue to provide a top quality, in-person experience.
Please feel free to reach out to Susan at SusanHitchcock@turknett.com, Anne at AQuiello@turknett.com, Kathy at Kigou@turknett.com, or Tino at Tmantella@turknett.com, with any comments and/or questions.
Here is hoping for a more normal 2021.
Sincerely,
Tino Mantella
